Tires Plus

Had lock nuts without a key, and no key could be found. Brandon helped me come up with solutions and saved me a out $1000 in the long run. Pleasent attitudes, clean facilities, 10/10 recommend. I don't like spending money on stuff I can usually do myself so I was frustrated with the lock nuts stopping me from changing my tires, so I was weary going in but they put me at ease and took care of it!

Brandon was exceptionally helpful. Very informative and honest. I was extremely impressed with his customer service skills and how he went out of his way to take the time to explain and help solve my brake issue. Would highly recommend him!

I believe his name is Brandon and he was awesome! He is the service manager at the Army Post Road location in Des Moines Iowa! He saved my family money and explained everything that he was doing in great detail! The staff was great and they took good care of us!

I just took my vehicle in for new tires and an oil change to prepare for a long road trip. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and professional, Mike was very communicative about a couple of possible things I might want to replace before going but didn't do any of the pushy sales pitch stuff, just informative and transparent. The job was done super quick and well, and they made sure I was able to use any coupons/discounts they had available, would definitely recommend to anyone, but especially people who might not feel comfortable with car care and maintenance because they take the time to explain the pros/cons in an honest way.

The service was great. From my experience, talking to the manager on the phone and then talking to the staff in the office, I was impressed. They made it easy for me to understand my options, help me get the best deal for my budget, and were friendly. Bottomline, they helped me save money. I will be back.
